Founder & Head Coach

A celebrated Indian athlete, Meghana has competed nationally as a swimmer, springboard diver, and water polo player, proudly representing the country. She is a renowned figure in Indian aquatic sports and the recipient of the prestigious Chatrapati Award (1996).

With 30+ years of coaching experience and over 1,000 students trained, Meghana is known for her technical precision, deep patience, and ability to transform beginners into confident swimmers. Beyond the pool, she is a respected community leader and serves as the principal of a bilingual school.

After a successful 17-year career at Microsoft, Meghana chose to follow her true passion, swimming, and founded MSD Aquatics, where she continues to inspire athletes every day.

Head Coach

A dedicated athlete and coach, Parth represented at the Junior Olympics in 2012 and 2014, bringing competitive experience and discipline to every session. He is a certified lifeguard and CPR-trained, ensuring safety and professionalism in the water.

With 8 years of coaching experience, Parth is known for his structured approach, strong work ethic, and commitment to building swimmers who are both skilled and confident. As a founding member of MSD Aquatics, he plays a key role in shaping the academy's training philosophy and athlete development.
